I can personally attest you will receive the highest level of service from Monica. She is a true professional through and through. Beyond that, however, you can tell she really does care about your experience and making sure you're happy when all is said and done. My impression is she sees every interaction as a personal representation of who she is as top-level Realtor. Working with her, you'll get a sense you're gaining a new friend and ally who is just as excited as you are. She patiently makes sense of complicated processes and turns a stressful situation into what it should be, an exciting time in your life! This was our first time buying a home and we had already worked with two other real estate agents prior to meeting Monica. We lost 4 other bids and we were getting quit exhausted from the rigor of searching and going house to house. Thankfully, all things worked out when we met Monica at an open house. It was like she knew us already and immediately empathized with what we have gone through.

From the purchase agreement to close of escrow, Monica was very professional and organized. What I really appreciated was she pre-empted us for things down the road and prepared us for details we'll need to know in order to buy our home. Me being a producer for over 11 years appreciates those small details because it made us feel well taken care of.

I highly recommend working with Monica because she understands how to represent you in a complex business transaction and understands the real estate business very well.
