Having been in the Real Estate and Mortgage Lending profession since the 1980's, Monica has the experience needed to find buyers a home and seller's the right buyer for their home as well as how to market the home to get it SOLD.

"I'm able to guide buyers through the process of getting prequalified, so that they are shopping in the right price range, they know what they need to do to obtain financing for a home and finding them the right home is key".

"Working with sellers to get their property sold is very rewarding as well, I am able to go over what's needed to be done to a home so that there aren't issues with lenders for the buyer of their home" and advise on the price range that is current with the market at the time.

Currently, Monica is working at Leading Edge Real Estate Group who merged with the former company known as General Real Estate Services where she often was named "Top Producer". Still at the same location, Monica continues to thrive in Real Estate and loves her job!
