Monica Rolquin

Monica Rolquin is a 28-year veteran of residential sales and a licensed NC attorney, providing the highest level of professional services to her clients. Monica was born and raised in London, England, received a law degree (LL.B.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School in New York City. After a 14-year legal career, and becoming a Partner in 2 prestigious NYC law firms, Monica retired from the practice of law. Since 1996 she has been a licensed NC attorney and keeps her law license active for the benefit of her real estate clients.
Monica sells homes in all price ranges and delights in working with buyers wishing to relocate to Southeastern NC. She has a particular expertise representing buyers and sellers of luxury homes. She has earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and recently became a Million Dollar Guild Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, placing her in an elite class of Realtors with proven sales and expertise in the luxury market. As a listing agent, Monica's strengths also lie in internet and social media marketing. She has earned the NAR E-Pro Certification and stays up-to-date on the latest marketing tools. She brings a unique perspective and an unparalleled combination of knowledge and expertise to achieve the real estate goals of her national and international clients.

Monica is active in the local community as a former board member of the Cape Fear Literacy Council and is a member and former board member of the Women's Impact Network, a local philanthropic group. Internationally, she and her husband have participated in mission trips to Nicaragua and El Salvador. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, tennis, reading, and traveling. Monica is passionate about selling real estate and the coastal lifestyle in Southeastern NC.
