Monica went above and beyond to get our house hold. We signed with her and had our open house a few days later. She set it up for 5 hours to ensure all parties interested had an opportunity to stop by and after all was said and done, we had multiple offers over asking. She know how to get the job done!

When my husband and I decided to retire to Austin, we were fortunate to have Monica as our real-estate agent. She was responsive, reliable, and respectful of our wishes. She gave us excellent advice, which served us well. The housing market in Austin is competitive, and the house we bought was on the market for all of one day. We were shocked to learn that the owners received multiple bids, including a cash offer. My husband and I couldn't afford to outbid the other potential buyers. So, Monica suggested that we write the owners a letter, to introduce ourselves and explain why we hoped to buy their house. We did, and it worked! Because we closed on our house about five months before our arranged retirement, Monica offered to find a temporary renter . She took care of all the many details. The rental arrangement offset the cost of two mortgages and gave us peace of mind. We recommend Monica Garcia highly and without reservation.
