I can't say enough good things about Monica! She was wonderful to work with, always patient and responsive to our many questions. She is very professional and courteous, and really knows her business and the market. Monica had a buyer for our home almost immediately. We signed the listing agreement on a Friday, and had photos taken on Monday. The first showing was on Tuesday, and by the end of the day we had an offer over our asking price. Monica is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. She knows how to deliver!

Monica was great! As first time buyer she made this headache process so smooth for me. Moving from Brooklyn, NY to California was a very big move and she handled it very well. We stayed in touch during the whole process and every detail and changes she updated me. Highly recommend her! 👍
