Born and raised in Munich, Germany, Monika Bryant moved to the United States after finishing college. Having lived in Southern California, Hawaii, Georgia, and Washington State she finally returned to the South. After falling in love with the charm, architecture, and wonderful people in Savannah she decided to take a leap of faith, pack up and move to Savannah to start a new life.
Having worked as a Real Estate Agent as well as a Regional Property Manager over the last 20 years, she developed a vast and multifaceted understanding and extensive knowledge of every aspect of real estate allowing her to guide clients every step of the way in the buying and selling process. Her passion and love for real estate as well as her clients allow her to offer individualized customer service to each client in the diverse and unique Savannah real estate market.
When Monika is not working with clients or staging homes, she enjoys spending time with friends and her parents. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she enjoys entertaining, cooking, and a glass of wine, or exploring the many incredible restaurants throughout Savannah. Traveling to tropical destinations is another of Monika’s passions. Her greatest joy in life however is her daughter, Bailey, who currently attends Central Washington University. Thank goodness Washington State is just a quick plane ride away!
