Monika Mehran

Monika began her real estate experience at an early age while working at her family’s real estate office in Del Mar. She developed a true passion for real estate and is dedicated to exceeding her clients' goals. Her number one priority is to guide her clients throughout the process with honesty and integrity. Monika is a strong negotiator, which is essential in a competitive market.

Born and raised in San Diego, Monika has lived throughout this beautiful city. She has extensive knowledge of coastal north county and many people have valued her insight in their search to find their dream home. In addition to her local insight, Monika has a great support team in marketing and technology to customize her service to meet her clients’ needs.

In her free time Monika enjoys playing tennis and spending time in Lake Tahoe with her family. She also supports charities such as Pedal the Cause which works towards a world without cancer.

Monika and her family reside in Carmel Valley.
