A 1992 graduate of Stetson University, Monique earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. In 1996, she founded Expediting Unlimited, Inc., a permit expediting firm that serves as a liaison between architects, engineers, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and local municipalities. Through close coordination with Development, Zoning, and Building Departments, her company streamlines the permitting process, helping clients accelerate project timelines and secure building permits and variances more efficiently.
Recognizing the value of providing clients with comprehensive development services, Monique expanded into commercial real estate in 2005. Since then, she has focused exclusively on commercial brokerage throughout the Florida market, assisting developers, investors, business owners, and commercial users through every phase of the real estate process—from site selection and acquisition through development, leasing, and ultimately, certificate of occupancy.
In 2011, Monique earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, one of the commercial real estate industry's most respected professional credentials. Awarded by the CCIM Institute, the designation recognizes commercial real estate professionals who have demonstrated exceptional expertise, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in investment real estate.
Achieving the CCIM designation requires completion of an intensive curriculum focused on financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, negotiations, and eithics, as well as documenting extensive qualifying commercial real estate experience and successfully passing a comprehensive examination. The designation signifies a proven ability to analyze complex commercial real estate transactions, identify investment opportunities, and provide clients with strategic, data-driven solutions.
