Buying a home can be extremely frustrating and having a good agent is a must....however, when you are buying a home and you currently live out of town, have very specific requirements about your prospective home and need to move very quickly like I did, having a great agent goes a long way. Ms. Reynolds went above and beyond to make my buying experience as pain-free as possible and I endorse her complelety. I recommend her to any buyer or seller that needs an agent that is honest, candid, knowledgeable and utterly efficient. Thanks to her, I recently closed on a home I absolutely love in a neighborhood I have always coveted and it was all because of her - kudos!

What impressed me most about Monique is her indelible warmth. Monique is the consummate professional. She brings a cerebral approach to the home buying process everything from viewing the property; making an offer; getting the offer accepted; and closing. However, despite her relentless toughness at the negotiation table and during to the home-buying process, what impressed me most is that Monique is also extremely patient, understanding and kind. She explained every single detail to me in a manner that makes it digestible. Monique is a mixture of brains and compassion and that is why she will always be the first person I call when I want to buy another home!

Moving on to another chapter in my life! Monique Collins has helped us with one of the most difficult situations that we have had in our lives, and that is selling a house. There is a lot of stress that comes with selling a house and a lot of anxieties as well, but she was there for us every step of the way. We did not have the strength nor were we emotionally equipped to deal with selling a house. We thought that it would be impossible to sell our home for what we wanted, so we reached out to Ms. Collins to assist us in the process of selling and buying a house. She advise us of her qualifications in realty, and how she has helped others in similar situations like ours, so we decided to give it a shot and she came through for us! Ms. Collins immediately started working on getting our house sold and helping us look for a home to purchase. She reached out to her contacts, to get the process going, and advised us by walking us through all of the documentation process, and even when our property did not sell right away, she came up with many other ideas to get our property advertised until it finally sold in great time and we made a pretty good profit. In the end, Monique Collins helped us to close a big chapter in our life that we thought would never come. I am thankful to her for all of her support, dedication, service, and in assisting me and my family in moving on to another chapter in our lives, and having a peace of mind to do other things that we’ve always wanted to do.
