5 star type of realtor. My family and I were pressed for time when trying to purchase our first home. Monique pulled together all the resources, information, and options related to our needs and held our hand through the entire process. We had a million questions and concerns and if she didn’t know the answer right away she figured it out and got back to us in a timely manner. Couldn’t have asked for a less stressful home buying experience!

Best Realtor Ever! We went through at least 2 realtors before we met Moe. She’s amazing, she went OVER and BEYOND for my family. Buying a home can be overwhelming but she NEVER allowed us to give up and her COMMUNICATION is everything she never missed anything. She walked us through everything and even updated us on what to expect next. It’s been a year now and I’m still referring all my family and friends to her buying or selling. Monique is the best realtor I have ever dealt with, she is very professional and responsive when I had any questions and I had alot of questions about the process of purchasing a house. When no one wanted to help me in search for a house let alone my credit she was right there ready to assist me, I would definitely recommend her service to anyone looking to purchase a house because she treats her clients like family and not just another buck like all the other realtors I was about to do business with in the past. ❤️

I have to honestly say that Moe and I connected on so many things that we had in common that it made the working relationship very comfortable. It was easy to talk to her and communication came naturally.
I thought the process would’ve been harder because of what I’ve read online and in different social media groups but this was by far one of the easiest things I’ve ever done. As long as I made sure I gave the lenders what they asked for and when they ask for it there were no problems. Everything went smoothly until the final few days but that was due to the builder but Moe made sure she was on their necks and I appreciate how she fought for me. So if you’re looking for someone that will work for you and have your best interest in mind you don’t have to look any further than Monique Crummie.

If you are looking for a realtor, look No further. Monique Crummie is GREAT at what she does. We reached out to Mrs. Crummie to help us find our first home. We worked with Monique and she guided us through the craziest months of finding our home, when homes were gone as fast as they were posted. She's a perfect mixture of being realistic and meeting/beating your expectations. Monique is great to work with and very knowledgeable. When we had questions she had answers. She went above and beyond her job as a realtor.

Moe went over and beyond for me and my family. Even now she is still being our go between for the old home owners. She was available night and day if I needed to ask questions and she would go see a house at the drop of a hat. We went through h*** trying to get a house and she was there to help every step of the way. I could not of asked for any better because she is the best. :)
