Monique is an awesome real estate agent. It was possible to close less than a month, but just a few days over wasn’t to bad. She, didn’t hesitate to answer any calls during crazy hours, always followed through with what was communicated. The overall lender, real estate agent, attorney, etc all handle our loan process very smooth. Just as she said when we initially met.
