Licensed in both Nevada and California, Monique has a special place in her heart for small business owners, as she is one herself. She's not only a seasoned real estate investor but has also experienced the excitement and challenges of moving cross-country. A proud native Californian, Monique is a triple-degree holder from California State University, Fullerton, graduating with Honors. She holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Spanish and Paralegal Studies from Cerritos College, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.

Beyond her impressive academic achievements, Monique has lived in diverse locations, including San Antonio, Texas, from 1996 to 1999, and Las Vegas, Nevada, from 2000 to 2021. Her first career as a litigation paralegal spanned two decades, where she tackled a variety of complex cases. This experience has honed her attention to detail and her ability to ensure transactions and cases run smoothly for her clients.
