About Monique

Monique Pacurariu started selling real estate when she was nineteen as a mother and daughter team in New Jersey. Upon moving to California, she ventured into project management for network design for many years. After a move to Flagstaff with her young family she owned a Lindal Cedar Home design center. This allowed her to design and build a number of dream homes for clients in the beautiful Arizona high country. Fully focusing on high end real estate since 2003, she is now bringing over 20 years of real estate sales and custom home design expertise to her clients. She gathered her real estate sales experience in three primary regions of the country. This provides her a uniquely balanced view of the cycles within the real estate market. These experiences allow her to guide her clients through a myriad of choices and trade-offs that are often essential part of the home sale or purchase process. As a homeowner who has moved her family, she is sensitive to the needs and concerns of the individuals and families she works with in their quest. She considers her client’s needs with utmost care and concern when going through the purchase or sales process. She has two daughters who recently graduated from the Air Force Academy and Gonzaga University. She lives in Cave Creek with her husband of 29 years and her favorite animal friends.
