I swear I wish I had more options because Montaz and his team deserve 100 billion 5 stars ! My house sat for a month with a terrible realtor that did the bare minimum to sell my home. I fired him and hired Montaz to get the job done. My house wasn't even on the market the entire time and after a week of hiring him, if that, it was pending. The offer was even spectacular, one I couldn't refuse. Montaz made me feel like his only client. Although he has many clients, he always made sure all my calls were answered. The process was very smooth with him unlike the last realtor. Not to mention, he markets himself well and your home with Drones and luxurious open houses! He has connections that can help your home get the repairs needed so he can have it
priced properly! He works with you. He finds solutions. He cares! He has integrity! Run don't walk to give him your business!! Thank you Montaz! You are one of a kind and I can't wait to work with you again!

Working with Montaz was the best experience ever! He is literally the definition of reliable! We had a complex situation where we were selling our home in hope of purchasing a new home. Montaz did explain to us that everything must line up in order for this process to work. Also I was expecting a baby abs he knew that stress was the last thing I wanted to focus on. He came up with a plan to sell our home and he did so rather quickly. Once we found our new home, Montaz moved quickly and with his knowledge and expertise he was able to help secure our new home! There were many times we had questions and Montaz was there every step of the way. He has excellent customer service skills and I highly recommend him!

Montaz McCray at Keller Williams should be your only choice when selecting a realtor.

My daughter and I did not initially list our property with Montaz McCray at Keller Williams. We first listed our property with another Realtor who was unsuccessful in selling our property in the time allotted. Time was running out for us because we needed the monies from the sale of our existing property so my daughter could settle on her new property. We listed our property
with Montaz McCray on 9/3/22. He held an open house on 9/4/22. About 15 prospective buyers attended the Open House. Three (3) contracts were submitted, we accepted one of the offers and settled on 9/28/22.

Montaz McCray is hands down one of the best real estate agents, if not the best real estate agent, in the DMV. I recently had the honor to work with Montaz while selling a property in Baltimore City. This was my first time selling a property and I was initially very overwhelmed by the process. However, Montaz made the journey extremely quick and efficient. Montaz remained very professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process, and I thank him so much for his diligence. I felt like I was a priority to Montaz, even though I know he had other clients, which speaks to Montaz’s dedication and desire for excellenct customer service. I never felt like I had to hunt Montaz down or call him numerous times to check on progress. Montaz stayed in contact with me through every step and performed weekly check-ins which relieved a lot of my worry, anxiety and stress. Montaz was accessible day or night and remained patient with me, anything I did not understand he took the time to explain thoroughly. Toward the end of the process we ran into a little hiccup with a prior lien that did not have the proper release documentation, which delayed closing. This was discouraging and became a little bit of a headache, but Montaz was right there to encourage me that these sort of things happen and with a little patience everything would work out. Montaz went above and beyond to stay on top of the title company to get this issue resolved, and even secured back up plans for me in case the title company could not find the necessary documentation to proceed. It was because of him that I kept faith and was able to close for more money than I originally expected. I would recommend Montaz McCray to my closest family and friends who are looking to buy or sell a home. I really lucked out finding Montaz and having such a seamless experience selling my first home. I can not thank him enough for helping me through this journey. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with him.

Mr. Montaz was the nicest and easiest person ro work with. From the beginning, I knew exactly what I want and he was able to get me just that. He was really reliable especially since I am out of state. He was so pleasant when asked to do a video walk through so that I can see the homes. He was also very honest with me about everything. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Montaz Maurice. I have worked with a few different realtors to sell my property and it just was not a good fit. I felt as soon as I spoke with Mr. Montaz that my goals for selling my property would become his goals. He came the next day with all paper work and information about my home that I didn’t even know.
