I had a property that I received back and did not want it. I sat on it for two years and didn’t know what to do with it. I was introduced to Monte and he gave me four different options to choose from for what to do with the property. I picked one and I am now happy, my house has been sold. The whole selling-our-house experience was so great: as it was our first house to sell, we had tons of questions and little details we always wanted to ask or learn more about. Monte is the man! He is both laid-back and professional. He knows how to balance the two. He takes time out of his day to hear from his clients and try to solve any issues but they may have. He has helped us close on our last three deals in the last three months. He is on top of his game, and not afraid to work when everyone else may be. Just to show you how dedicated he is, when he was on his vacation in sunny Florida, he was working with us at 11 PM trying to figure out one of our deals. If you’re looking for a great real estate agent who knows his stuff… You should really look into Monte and his team. He is truly one of the good real estate agents who is looking out for the best interest of his clients.

Monte found us our dream home! We had been on the hunt for about two years with other realtors with no success. After a brief explanation to Monte of what we were looking for, he told us he knew exactly what we were looking for and proceeded to show us the home online. We booked a showing and the rest was history! In the meantime however Monte sent us a couple other homes that fit the description of what we wanted— he didn’t set us up on an automated search but rather handpicked the perfect homes according to our needs. That was very different from what we had experienced and was so refreshing that he truly “got it”! Monte helped us through the negotiation and was very responsive and helpful. All around great experience!

Monte was great to work with! We were buying a house for our Mom -- and live 2.5 hours away. Monte took videos of homes and FaceTimed with us to accommodate our unique needs. He also connected us with local contractors/vendors and provided recommendations for basement foundation specialists. He did more than just "show" us houses--he supported our distance home buying process. And, gave us a sweet Welcome Home gift for our Mom at closing. We highly recommend working with Monte!

From the last minute scheduling of showings, inside tips and insight, the creative writing of nearly a dozen offers based on specific situations, hooking us up with the best lender we could ever ask for, right down to the closing, Monte was with us all the way!

And all this during the midsts of a pandemic and an insane housing market that drove home prices through the roof. Always professional and right there to give us a sense of security that even in these crazy times we were in good hands.

Wow, where to start🙂. Monte and his team were incredible and understanding during the listing and sale of my Mother's house. She had many questions and their patience was more than appreciated. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone as their 1st choice in choosing a realtor. They also use the best photographer, the great photos let people really see the house and brought 22 viewings in 3 days, wow!
The house was listed on a Friday and Mom accepted a great offer on Sunday!!
