Morgan founded and served as President and CEO of PCB Link Corporation, a printed circuit board computer aided design and supply-chain management software company that was funded and subsequently acquired by a private investment group. Morgan was a member of the founding team at SpinCircuit, an electronics supply-chain management software company that was acquired by Cadence Design Systems (NYSE: CDN).
