Morgan Shallcross

In 2003, Morgan obtained his real estate license selling single family homes in Louisville, Kentucky. His wife, Carrie, joined him shortly after their son was born in 2004. Their success and experience working side by side together showed in their continued achievements, earning Semonin Realtor’s Top Producer Team status year after year and most notably the elite Chairman’s Club award. They are most proud of their average list to sale price, being consistently around 99%. They have sold everything from a $6,000 boat slip to a $12.5 million farm. Carrie recently obtained her Kentucky Broker license and is working on her qualifying hours to obtain her appraisal license. Morgan is a member of the KCREA (Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance) and continues to work in land and condominium development.
