We relocated to the area and Moricia was such a great lady in selling us our new home. She walked us through every step of the process. Along the way she kept us always updated and stayed in touch. We even had some “casual” conversations (ladies talking about the area and things for our family). In the end everything was done from the day Morticia first showed us our now new home to the day we closed on in about 6 weeks. We not only feel like she did an excellent job for us furthermore we have made a friend.

Moricia is a great realtor. Attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. She's been instrumental in multiple real estate transactions, and can always be counted on to play "quarterback" in finding other, exceptional professionals to handle tasks that invariably come up (contracting work, appraisals and other punch list items).
