I have worked with Moussa on acquiring a total of seven units in Philadelphia. During the purchases, he always went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of showings, answering all my questions, and most of all helping me secure financing which I had been unable to do for a number of years. He is not pushy and gives the client his space, yet, when asked for advise he jumps right in. I plan to continue investing in real estate in the Philadelphia area, and will continue to work with Moussa and his team.

Moussa helped me buy my first home in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. We were in contact for about a year -- back when I first started looking. He reached out occasionally with new postings, but was never pushy, and never put pressure on me to buy or move more quickly than I felt comfortable.

When everything changed during covid times, and interest rates dropped super low, Moussa jumped at the opportunity to help me find a place, when I started getting more serious about the search. He got everything set up so that we would be totally prepared when we were able to go look at homes in person again. And as soon as things did open up, he had four home tours lined up in that first week.

Moussa does a great job in his ability to be both personable and professional. Working together, he shared his experience buying a home and related it to my own -- telling about some of the challenges he faced and helping to ease my mind when parts of the process felt unfamiliar or uncertain.

Maybe it sounds cliche, but Moussa helped me find my dream home. I'm so content in the neighborhood and in the house and feel a debt of gratitude for all his hard work. We were buying a house from a seller who was unresponsive, and didn't always give clear answers when we asked questions that were direct and straight-forward. Moussa did an amazing job navigating this difficult relationship. He got what we asked for, and after closing, continued to reach out to the seller to make sure they followed through with their promises. He continued to follow through even after that, to make sure they cleaned up the property, like they had promised, but had kept putting off.

I'd also adamantly recommend the lender Moussa used named Joe Vicuse. We were down to the minute on closing, and Joe was really helpful in getting everything together when we were down to the wire. Joe was also really helpful in explaining everything really clearly and answered all my questions really patiently.

I would definitely recommend Moussa to anyone looking to buy a home. Thanks Moussa!!

I know Moussa for several years since I purchase the property. Moussa is very patient to showing the property and explaining every question. He enjoys providing me helpful suggestions, but not push me for decisions. Most impressive thing to me is that Moussa always respond my email or text in a timely manner, and never delay. In addition, Moussa is knowledgeable in loan and maintains of the property.

Moussa made the home buying process a breeze and is an awesome realtor! He stayed in contact with us for about a year and consistently checked in to make sure we were doing well and if we were ready to move forward. Once we were ready, the entire process took about a month and a half (seeing the house, getting approved, gathering necessary documents and closing). He helped us close on a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home which we absolutely love. Thank you Moussa!!

I met Moussa after having gone a through multiple realtors. Those previous realtors seemed unable to locate properties meeting my specified criteria, even after weeks of searching.

The first day out with Moussa he showed me three viable properties and I made an offer on one. It wasn’t the one I ended up with, but it wasn’t long before we found the one I did. Moussa was very patient during the process and did not try to push properties I had no interest in, unlike those previous realtors.

Moussa was also very quick with communication. He always picked up the phone or responded to texts immediately.

Lastly, Moussa has a strong network, including a great lender who secured better than market rates for me and was also great with communication.

For these reasons I recommend Moussa.

Moussa is an old-fashioned full-service realtor. The answer to my many requests was always yes. When he went to see properties without me, he took his own photos and videos and gave me his room-by-room analysis. If you are looking for an agent who will work hard for you, give you good insights, help you negotiate the best deal, who can help you identify other partners and resources from financing to maintenance, and who does his job with integrity and honor, he's your man. Highly recommended.
