I could not imagine a better experience selling my condo! Moya made what can be a very stressful process so easy, that I am still amazed! My condo was sold in less then 24 hours on the market, with multiple offers, and was sold and closed over asking. Moya was wonderful to work with, extremely responsive, and really took the time to explain the process from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Moya to anyone looking to Sell or purchase a home in the Kentucky or Indiana area.

MOYA IS LITERALLY THE BEST REALTOR EVER!!!

My husband and I were first time home buyers. She made sure we were comfortable and had all the information we needed. We were so lucky to work with her. She was extremely nice and helpful. If you needed anything she was there to help in any way she could. She is very respectful and gives great advice. We went with a new construction home. She was there to help make difficult decisions that I wouldn’t have been able to make if it wasn’t for her.

Overall, Moya is an amazing person and she is excellent at what she does. Working with her, you will be taken care of. We will definitely be working with her forever 🥰

Honestly , where do i start with this phenomenal woman ! Every bit of sweet and beyond amazing , just for starters because she’s more than just that 🙂 .. she literally took her time with us with patience and all the knowledge she shared along the way , learned more from her this second round buying a home verses what i knew my first time ! It wasn’t easy during the pandemic but she made EVERYTHING happen for us and we ended up with a beautiful home ! Moving from Nashville to Jeffersonville was a major difference and she found us a home in the perfect spot , great community and schools .. definitely would recommend anyone to reach out to her for a great realtor , our kids even loved her 🥰 ! Working with Moya was such a pleasant experience!! She made selling my home and purchasing a new one a piece of cake! I've heard so many horror stories when it comes to purchasing a new home. I absolutely would recommend Moya 100% she made what could have been a very difficult and frustrating process, a very smooth and easy experience! She is very professional and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had, she worked around our schedules and kept us updated on any and all changes!
