Over 20 years of experience as a senior level commercial broker with hundreds of retail, office, and industrial deals in my rearview mirror. I have worked with such clients as Tim Hortons, Texas Roadhouse, Golden Corral, Qamaria Yemeni Coffee, and have done deals with other tenants including Starbuck's, Chipotle, Popeye's, and Sweet Frog. I'm also a former franchisee of a national pizza concept. Prior to my brokerage career, I was the head transactional attorney for the eastern half of the United States on behalf of Glenborough Realty Trust...a $2.5 billion publicly traded REIT. I served in that capacity for nine years and am still a licensed commercial real estate attorney in Maryland. In the past, I was a founding member of the national governing board and the national faculty for KW Commercial.
