Mr. Stannis Smith

My name is Stannis Smith, Esq., licensed real estate professional in the states of both Maryland, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.  I have been licensed since 2007, specializing in representing clients in both the purchase and sale of all residence types and investment properties.

A native of Albany, Georgia, and transplant from New York, I relocated to the area in 2010 to attend law school at George Washington University where I earned my JD.  Upon graduating, and falling in love with the area, I decided to remain and have been serving the community in which I have lived ever since.
