Tylise is a proud native of the Washington Metropolitan area. She attended the University of Maryland for Business Management. In 2008, she got her MHIC License and became the owner of a Home Improvement Business with a team of professionals doing Residential and Commercial renovations while simultaneously serving as worker for the Federal Government. Initially, with desiring to purchase a home of her own, Tylise enjoyed learning the logistics of homeownership. With her passion for helping people coupled with her admiration for beautiful homes, she decided to take a leap of faith and dive into learning more of the fundamentals of real estate. From there, she arrived with the expertise and knowledge that would well equip her to buy and sale property. Having closely worked with clients who only had just a vision of their dream home renovations, she enjoyed managing these projects and making her clients dreams become a reality.
