Muhammad Tariq

Muhammad Tariq is the Corporate Broker at NYC Elite Homes Inc., specializing in the leasing and acquisition of parking garages, parking lots, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties across New York City and Long Island. He represents property owners, investors, and parking operators in master lease negotiations, long-term leases, and investment opportunities.

Prior to his work in New York real estate, Muhammad worked in Dubai, UAE for six years (2003–2009), gaining international business experience in a fast-growing real estate and commercial market. This international background allows him to work effectively with overseas investors and clients looking to enter the New York market.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi. Muhammad is known for his persistence, strong negotiation skills, and ability to source off-market opportunities. His focus includes landlord representation, tenant representation, and master lease structuring for parking facilities, warehouses, and retail spaces.
