Murray grew up in San Diego, graduated from Hoover High and then San Diego State with a degree in marketing. His job with the country’s largest direct mail marketing company took him to Long Beach, where he lived in Belmont Shore and California Heights for 15 years.
Murray and his wife Inga have lived in the Temecula Wine Country since 1996, when they purchased land and built their home, designed by them to reflect the Spanish Colonial style of architecture that they had learned to love when they bought a home built 1929 in the historical district of California Heights, Long Beach.
