Green Building
Stay current on green building standards and innovations is important to her. In 2016, I earned the GREEN Designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. She I volunteer on the Residential Green Building Committee of the San Diego Green Building Council.

There are many reasons to choose a green home:

Better Indoor Air Quality: Green homes benefit from non-toxic construction materials, advanced ventilation, and air filtration systems.
Superior Comfort: Green homes are often more comfortable because they maintain room temperatures more consistently.
Short Sales and Foreclosures
In addition to my GREEN designation, I have also earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. This additional education helps me to assist sellers in maneuvering the complexities of short sales. I have also learned about helping buyers to pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. It’s important to hire a REALTOR® who knows how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk for everyone.

Community Connections
When I'm not working on real estate transactions, I enjoy volunteering in the community. I am a member of the San Diego Green Building Council’s Residential Green Building Committee, which organizes the annual Green Homes Tour in San Diego. I also volunteer with the San Diego Chapter of the California Native Plant Society, various native habitat restoration projects, and the San Diego County Registrar of Voters. I am also a Volunteer Tree Steward with Tree San Diego.
