Myles helped us buy our house almost 6 years ago. When we said we were interested in buying the house he was crawling under it, in the attic, and checking every part of the house he could. We called him a couple weeks ago to ask him to sell our house as we've outgrown it and he jumped on it! It was less than 3 days after listing that we accepted an offer.

We have now purchased multiple properties with Myles as our agent and we would recommend him to anyone. In fact we have recommended him to family who have worked with him and have had a similarly great experience! From the perspective of a first time home buyer, Myles was exactly what we needed. He was always available when needed for a question or concern and had a wealth of local connections that made every step of the process quite painless. At first we were somewhat caught off guard by his transparency however, the longer we worked with him the more we appreciated that we knew he was always telling us the truth and never trying to sell us on something that wasn't exactly what we wanted. From an investors perspective, I appreciated that Myles didn't just talk about real estate investing from a theory perspective but that he himself has put that into practice. He takes an approach of building a lasting relationship with his clients beyond even closing on a deal, which I think is almost as valuable as a home buyer as he was during the searching process itself. With each property that we have purchased with Myles he has continued to provide the same excellent level of service that he did on the first one. I already have and will continue to recommend Myles to anyone I know is looking to buy a home.

I want to say that Myles is a awesome person to work with. He went above and beyond for us to find a house that my husband and I both loved and was in our budget. He showed us houses late at night, on weekends and in areas he was not familiar with. He made sure to check off everything that we told him we needed in our home.
