Working with Mytyl was perfect. Within a day of my initial search she had a great list of options, and from there on she shepherded me through finding a great condo, then assisting me with the rigors of the paperwork and details necessary to lease.
She was available 24/7 and in addition to her efficiency she is a lot of fun and wise.

Mytyl was outstanding, responsive, and hardworking. She kept her my interests, budget, and concerns at the forefront of every property we visited. She knows the city and the ins and outs of real estate very well. I used her to rent and ultimately buy a property.
