Nadia Francis

Nadia Francis currently oversees the management of three of CP Group’s Boca Raton assets including One Boca Place, a 278,000 square foot asset on Glades, One Town Center, a third-party asset totaling 191,000 square feet, and Two Town Center, the home of CP Group’s corporate headquarters.

Prior to relocating to the Boca Raton area, Ms. Francis managed several assets for CP Group Atlanta as Senior Property Manager. She began her tenure with the company as part of the management team of the iconic Bank of America Plaza, a 1.4 million-square-foot asset in downtown Atlanta. Throughout the rest of her time supporting the firm’s Atlanta portfolio, she managed nearly two million square feet across four office buildings.

Ms. Francis is a licensed real estate Broker in both Georgia and Florida and is currently pending licensure in North Carolina. While in Atlanta, she was a member of BOMA, CREW, and several charitable organizations. She hopes to be just as active in the South Florida market. She currently serves as President of the Glades Corporate Center Property Owners Association.
