I can’t say enough good things about working with Nadia to buy my home. From the very beginning, she was patient, attentive, and really listened to what I was looking for. She has such a great understanding of the market and gave me honest advice every step of the way.

I absolutely love Nadia! I am so grateful & appreciative for her giving & trusting me with one of her rental property. I feel grateful to have been blessed with such an understanding and supportive person. I went through some financial hardship in 2018-2019 and then again 2020 from being laid off due to COVID. I went from a perfect credit score (735) and a good job…….to low credit score(569) and a job making just enough to pay bills. I had to sell my home in March to get out of debt & began to rebuild my life. I was honest, upfront & explained my situation to Nadia over the phone. I did not want to waste her time or mine visiting the property due to my credit & salary. Although I have money but not the credit…….most places only accept you base upon your score & salary, regardless of what’s in your bank account. And much to my surprise, she still offered to meet me at the rental property. After the viewing, we sent some time talking. It warmed my heart & soul to know it wasn’t all about money (like most places) with her….but giving me a 2nd chance to help began my new journey. Nadia is my saving grace angel❤️ and now I have a new place to call HOME! THANK YOU Nadia🙏🏾

As a first time homebuyer I didn’t know where to begin when it came to looking for my new future home. I interviewed a few real estate agents to help me out with my process of finding a home and when I met Nadia I knew she was the one for me to work with. Meeting her for the first time over the telephone I can feel her genuine spirit, we connected immediately and I loved that because I felt I can trust her. During my time of finding my new future home, it was a buyer’s market, so I know you can imagine how chaotic it was trying to find a home. Just when I thought I had THE HOME someone is overbidding. Nadia was amazing throughout my entire homebuying process. She walked me through each step. She was readily available (early mornings and late nights) to answer any questions that I had. I lived out of state while home shopping. Nadia sent pictures, videos, and she would even FaceTime me various properties.

Once I decided on a home Nadia kept me abreast on all changes. I closed during the week of Christmas. Nadia called around to help me find a branch that would process my wire transfer.

Five days after I closed on my home I experienced some plumbing issues. Nadia immediately contacted the builder, sales manager, and the plumber to ensure that my situation was resolved.

I was very impressed and satisfied with Nadia as my realtor. She exceeded all my expectations. I will be recommending her to all my friends and colleagues!!!

Nadia , was amazing . She never left our side she was there to answer any questions that we had . Our house went on the market on a Thursday . We had several showings on that very next Friday . We had a 11:30 am showing .12:00 pm showing . A 4:30 pm showing and a 7:30 pm showing . By the end of that very first day the house went off of the market . I will say I wasn’t expecting to find a home as quickly as I did. Nadia was quick and efficient and presenting the home that was perfect for me. The whole process took less than a month! Did I mention this is my first home? Buying a home can be stressful. A lot of things need to come together in order to work in the final transaction. Nadia was accommodating in my needs especially when I wasn’t able to answer the phone because of my obligations. Six month in, I can say that I’m satisfied.
