I'm a little upset there aren't more stars to give this absolutely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable woman! She truly deserves more than 5 Stars. My family and I came in not knowing much about anything except we wanted and needed to buy a house. We were searching during a time when the markets were not looking favorable for buyers. Just as the markets began to turn we found the house we wanted to call home and Nadine stepped in with the logistics. With Nadine's expertise in negotiating, we were able to reach an immediate offer agreement with the seller. It was crazy! We received a favorable outcome at closing, something most people cannot say. In closing, (lol) I want to add my understanding of $0 money down. It means just that! So if you are looking for a talented and well respected Real Estate Agent, you found her! We had an exceptional experience that we have never had in our experience buying and selling homes and we strongly recommend Nadine and the Allen Tate team if you are contemplating selling your home. Our selling and buying process could not have gone smoother and we believe that this was due to the diligence and professionalism of Nadine Morgan and the Allen Tate team. Professionally, her ability to listen and adapt is exceptional. For example, we were concerned about our dogs and being able to hold open houses and Nadine assured us that the process would be easy and accommodate our fur babies – and she was right. She heard us and accommodated to our every need and when there were barriers she was able to overcome them before we even knew about them! Her intuition was impeccable and ability to negotiate, exceptional. Nadine also brought a sense of calm to the proceedings that came from a deep knowledge of the processes – and we very much appreciated this calm in the storm of buying/selling in this rapid pace market. Moreover, Nadine seems to have an uplifting effect on those she meets and what impressed me so much was her desire to give back. Nadine offered opportunities for junior associates to hold the agent open house, she stopped to show love to a march in First Ward park, and she was part of a street clean up team for Allen Tate to name just a few. One of the lawyers at our closing indicated that when you work with Nadine in any capacity, you become family. We could not agree more! Nadine seems to desire the betterment of all she comes into contact with and this is a gift that cannot be taught or trained – thus Allen Tate is lucky to employ such a professional with a generous heart.
