Working with Naima was an amazing experience. I found her on social media and as soon as I reached outand explained my goals, she immediately made things happen. All of the behind the scenes issues were worked out without me even knowing. Moving to a new city has its stresses but Naima alleviated as many as she could. Where to begin? Selling a home is stressful, selling a home during a pandemic while working full time and parenting a baby by yourself, even worse. Enter Naima Johnson. If you are looking for a regular realtor, she is not that. If you are looking for a realtor extraordinaire, then she’s the person you need to work with.

Naima is thorough. She does market research to help set a competitive asking price. She listens to all the things you think you want and need and helps to prepare for the reality of what the actual will be. She has a plethora of resources to assist with preparing your home for sale, and on top of that, the patience of Job when you aren’t moving at the pace you should be to get things done.

We listed our condo after doing all of the things Naima recommended, including professional photographs and staging. She marketed our place like it was an Aston Martin, and really everyone’s home is that to them. Within 24 hours of listing, we had several offers!

She was right there every step of the way once we had a contract in place, walking me through everything I had to do before closing with such patience, and at times, coordinating contractors for me to get things done when I didn’t have the time to do so. She treated me like a friend, and has truly become one.

She is responsive and will follow through on everything you ask of her and on everything anyone she sends your way is asked to do.

I can’t say enough about her professionalism. She is always on time and always willing to go the extra mile.

She is my realtor for life! And I think she should be yours too.
