Nanci is an outstanding agent. She worked tirelessly for us. We had real specific requirements which often led to unsuccessful proposals but her enthusiasm never wavered. She gave us great advice. I recommend Nanci to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. Nanci does her research, comes prepared, she listens to your concerns, then helps you find your buyer or home. In the last 21 months, she has found a house for my son and sold my deceased mother's home for me. If I move from my house, my wife and I will have Nanci list it for us. Nanci was wonderful to work with. She really focused on getting us into a home that fit our family perfectly. She was more on top of every part of the process than I would have ever expected. Additionally, as we settled into our new home, Nanci helped us with addressing issues that needed to be resolved by the seller. It was very evident that she truly wanted us to be happy in our new home rather than just making a sale. Nanci will definitely be our realtor for any future purchases!

Working with Nanci exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Nanci was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me and go over the overall process and find the best home for me based on my taste and likes. She went above and beyond!! The best thing is that she always kept communication with me...she always let me know about everything, so, I definitely was very confident.
