In 12 of the last 13 years, Nancy has been the number one agent in the area MLS residential sales and has consistently set the bar in the luxury residential real estate market. There have been only 15 homes that have sold over 3 million in the Lehigh Valley. Nancy has represented 11 ofthese, representing both the buyer and the seller in 9 of the 11. Although challenging work, knowledge and listening skills define a portion of her success, it is the many referrals from current and past clients that are testimony to her personality, skill, and thoughtfulness. In 2024 Nancy’s sales volume was over $42.8 million, $42.5 in 22 and over $45 million in 2021. In 2022 she listed and sold a home for $7,170,000 and in 2024 a home for $6,200,000 … historically the highest sale prices ever achieved in the Lehigh Valley MLS and surrounding areas. With over 40 years of experience and a reputation for discretion, Nancy has represented many of the Lehigh Valley’s top executives and VIP relocations.

As an advocate for the arts and land preservation, she has been involved with Saucon Valley Fine Arts, the Art of Preservation in Bucks County and is currently on the Board of Historic Bethlehem Museum and Sites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site designee. Recently she was profiled in Kate White’s (former editor of Cosmopolitan Magazine) 2018 book, The Gusty Girl, under the heading “How to Create A Big Idea Out Of Thin Air”.
In the first undergraduate class of women at Lehigh University, with an English/Psych Major, and an MEd, Nancy was in a Lehigh doctorate program when she joined the Dorey team. She realized, almost immediately, that real estate was a people profession and was a perfect match - a match that used her counseling, education, and research skills, captured her heart, and challenged her professionalism.
