About Nancy

A Southold resident and avid volunteer, Nancy Cervelli is also a widely respected agent throughout the North Fork and brings with her a solid knowledge of the local market. She is an experienced broker partnering with Barry Novick to bring their clients quality service based on professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Since joining the North Fork real estate community in 2001, Nancy has consistently been named a Top Producer. She has experience marketing vacant land, agricultural acreage, and wineries and a masterful ability to appropriately price cottages to high-end waterfront properties. Nancy's experience in the information technology industry has also contributed to her ability to use technology for research and analysis and for marketing purposes. Nancy joined Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty in February 2016 after finding much success working in the industry. In 2013, while at Corcoran, Nancy won their North Fork Deal of the Year for her involvement in two of the highest residential sales in the area. Before embarking on her real estate career, Nancy co-owned and operated with her late husband one of the foremost bed and breakfasts in coastal Maine, which helped solidify her love of working with and serving people. Constantly looking to serve her community, she served as president of the local Chamber of Commerce during her 11 years in Bar Harbor and was actively involved in statewide Innkeeper Associations. But, a native Long Islander, Nancy returned in 2001 to where most of her family lived and moved to Southold, which she associates with the laid-back feel of Maine. She loves to serve the community in which she lives and currently sits on the Long Island Board of Realtors – North Fork Chapter. She is also a longtime member and past president of the Southold Rotary Club, through which she received the Rotary's prestigious Paul Harris Fellow award for outstanding community service. Other organizations she is associated with include East End Hospice, CAST, and Maureen's Haven. A lover of the outdoors, you may also find Nancy cycling or walking around her community of Southold.
