Nancy grew up in Minneapolis. Her father was had experience in finance as a CFO, and her mother worked in Commercial Real Estate. Nancy went to school as Art Major, but her Dad encouraged her to consider Architecture or Design, which helped her grow an interest in flipping homes and expand on her creative and artistic side with properties.
Nancy's mother became her own real estate agent, and they quickly hit it off as a valuable team complimenting each other’s strengths. Nancy then kept working towards different real estate designations, aiming to learn every aspect of the business she could. She eventually became a certified property manager and served as a Realtor® for Harvey Hanson Realty.
Nancy then started her own LLC called “Total Management.” As the business grew, they both changed their entire focus specifically on Real Estate.
Along the way, she has met so many wonderful people to team up with and serve. Being in the upper sales circle, or top 5 percent, of Edina Realty for years, Nancy feels blessed and grateful to each individual who has been there in the journey alongside her.
Nancy has the skills to negotiate in her client’s best interest and successfully handle the most complicated transactions. She is tireless and works above and beyond the typical full-time real estate agent. She is always accessible, and her clients can be assured of a quick and helpful response. They will never find another agent with a more enthusiastic or positive attitude. Nancy loves what she does, and it shows.
To stay on top of an ever-changing field, Nancy continues to attend real estate seminars and classes. And she is consistently awarded for her outstanding sales performance and customer service. She holds numerous designations, including the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), placing her in the top 3% of Realtors® nationwide.
