Nancy Cresser

Nancy has been a licensed realtor since 2002 serving clients throughout the state, most especially in the coastal communities of Rhode Island, as well as the city of Providence. Since becoming a full-time realtor in 2017, Nancy has been awarded the Circle of Sales Excellence Award as a top producing agent each year, achieving Gold level status in her first year. She has an exceptional work ethic, excels at research and identifying resources, asks the right questions, and actively listens to best support and guide her clients in achieving their real estate goals. She brings a long history of experience as an educator, an investment property owner, and a manager/landlord to her work with real estate clients. Nancy has engaged in the restoration and renovation of grand Victorians in the city, as well as an island beach house. Nancy is licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

She lives in Jamestown with her husband Wayne and their dog Jimmy and enjoys all that the island lifestyle has to offer.
