Nancy Elliott opened Commercial Property Specialists to provide commercial real estate services to her clients with over 25 year of experience buying and selling real estate. As a licensed Massachusetts broker with many years of experience in commercial leasing and sales in Central Massachusetts and Metro West plus 15 years experience in residential real estate sales and development in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has worked in Interval Ownership condo start-up and sales in Nevada, Hawaii and California. Nancy attended Johnson & Wales College, Providence, Rhode Island. Her past experience as Director of Assest Services for the Biotech sector gives her the ability to understand the unique facility demands required by the industry.
