We used Nancy for our relocation from New York. She was Fantastic. We toured roughly 50 houses in 3 days. Yes 50!!! She did a great job of scheduling and suggestions on areas. We were demanding clients since we had already sold and moved out of our previous house so we were on a time crunch. When we found the house we liked mid day we finished our scheduled appointments and asked if we could go back. She contacted the listing agent and got us back in within the hour. After touring the house and property again she worked late to submit an offer vs waiting for the next day. She guided us a long the process and let us use their office to send some faxes and work related stuff which was above and beyond what was expected. When a conflict arose at closing she rescheduled her Dr appointment to assist us vs passing us off which we encouraged her to do since we didn't want her to miss her appointment. She insisted on being there for us start to finish. She was great I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

Nancy is an outstanding realtor. We were always able to reach her. I don’t think Nancy knows what a day off is. We had a few issues prior to settlement but Nancy went above and beyond to help us. She even saved us an extra $300 at closing( which our lawyer missed). I highly recommend Nancy. Definitely one of the best realtors we have ever worked with!

What an awesome experience to work with Nancy on my home purchase! Nancy was super responsive, communicative and detailed - all the things a buyer requires in a Realtor!! Nancy helped make this buying process so smooth and even referred my lender to me! I decided to use the lender she referred instead of my original “big bank” lender I was planning on using.

This was a quick closing (3 weeks) and Nancy’s responsiveness helped make it happen! I highly recommend Nancy and will absolutely use her again when buying another property.

I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful woman. She truly feels like family. She was professional, she was not pushy, she made sure that we found the house that was right for us and made sure we didn’t feel rushed. After our wonderful experience with her we referred my father to her to help him sell and buy a home. She was so responsive and again made sure that he was satisfied and felt completely comfortable with the home he wanted to buy. In addition, she had his home on the market and sold within 2 weeks. You cannot go with a better realtor, she truly wants what is best for you.

If you want THE BEST real estate agent. Choose Nancy Funteas. Professional, reliable, out of the box thinking and diligent in making sure your home sells for top dollar. We used two other real estate agents who could not sell our home. We then chose Nancy Funteas and she sold our house quickly and within 1% of our asking price.

If we had to do it over-we would have chosen Nancy Fuentes right out of the gate. When we told our friend about our frustrations with the other two real agents, they gave us Nancy’s name and number. Bam, house sold.

Nancy is always available 24/7. Just a really wonderful experience!

I would highly recommend Nancy Funteas to anyone in need of a realtor. Nancy helped us with the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new home. Nancy walked us through the entire selling and buying process. Great communication throughout the entire process. Nancy Is a wealth of knowledge, detail oriented, and diligent. She had professional photos taken of our home, created a beautiful handout for potential buyers to take with them after the showing. Nancy set up several homes for us to tour. Retaining Nancy Funteas as my realtor was my best decision. She was knowledgeable about the real estate market and developed a good marketing plan for the sale of my house in Itasca.
