Nancy and Michael helped me sell a home that had been in our family about 70 years and was about 500 miles away from my current home in another state. This would have been an extremely stressful process if I didn't have their support and referred services.

They referred me to a junk hauler (home required an extensive clear-out), a vacant home insurer, and they found a taker for a heavyweight printing press that is commercially obsolete. My family had tried for years to dispose of the press but the cost was going to be in the thousands of dollars because of the weight of the item. Michael took care of that issue for us.

Nancy and Michael also provided extensive help with paperwork as I have impaired eyesight. Finally, Nancy was actually able to sell our home for above asking price quite quickly. I highly recommend this helpful and personable team.

We were so fortunate that a neighbor of ours in Philadelphia referred us to Nancy and Michael when we decided it was time to sell our townhome. We knew from our initial zoom meeting (our primary home is in northern NJ) that we had found two consummate professionals. Their analysis of the market made absolute sense, and their marketing strategies worked just the way they anticipated. We were in contract 3 days after the property was listed, closed in 30 days, and the ultimate sale price was $16,000 over asking. The services they provided were comprehensive and hands on. The vendors they recommended were reasonably priced and did great work in record time! Nancy put perfect finishing touches to the staging, while Michael personally power washed our small courtyard. We feel truly well cared for, and it is all the more remarkable considering we were remote the entire time and never met them in person. We happily recommend Nancy and Michael.

Nancy was referred to me through a mutual friend after years of trying to sell my rental property with another agent and not having any success. Nancy and I immediately clicked and I had a feeling she could get my property in Old City sold. I was living in NYC so the sale was entirely done remotely and I had a difficult renter who was about to move out. Nancy said she would handle him from there, and she did! I never had to speak with him again, thank goodness. Before we put the home on the market, Nancy suggested we freshen the paint, make minor repairs and stage the home. When I saw the professional photos for the first time online, it looked like a magazine! I was thrilled. All of her ideas made a huge difference and the home got a lot of buzz at the open house and sold in a week with several offers! Nancy was easy to work with, responsive, managed every detail and got me to closing in short order. Nancy and I have since formed a friendship and I will send her all my friends and family in the future. If she was able to do all this while I was in a different city, with such great results, why would I send my inner circle to anyone else? If I went into great detail about my very positive, and ongoing, experience with The Haas Group and Michael Blowney, it would be far too long to post. Michael did a great deal of research finding a home for me to relocate to Philadelphia. The house I ultimately purchased became available when Nancy and Michael were on vacation, out of the country. We talked on the phone and decided on an offer. Michael explained the agreement almost line by line while waiting to be seated for dinner. We closed a few short weeks later. I'm a prospective first-home buyer, so entering the market is daunting in and of itself. Add to it the frenzy of 2021/22, the market can be a bit discouraging. Until a family member of mine said a good word about the Haas Group. I reached out and within the day I heard back and set up a time to discuss outlooks. I have the luxury to not have to rush into a purchase and the group has been very understanding of that. They've helped dissipate the angst that comes along with this process and genuinely, it's exactly what I needed. Perhaps we all need. I get a feeling they understand the full scope. I've been part of the purchase process before with family, many times. The agencies they've gone to really seemed, well, impatient. The bottom line meaning more to them than the person getting them there.

I don't get that feeling here. They understand a home means chapters of someone's life, not just commission in their pocket. I don't know, I've really just enjoyed the process with this group and wanted to share my bit.
Specifically, I can't say enough about Domenic Puglia. A sharp dude that carries that same essence I described above. Quick with responses but understanding when you can't be quick with yours. More so, through this process, I feel like he's a bright star over there, bringing the young millennial/older gen-z perspective on house buying.

Nancy has sold a home for me in Penn Valley, helped me buy and then sell my next home in Bryn Mawr! Needless to say I have worked with Nancy and The Haas Group over many years. She is warm, tenacious (to say the least!), is a great stager, and follows through on any task with every fiber of her being. Nancy has solved more than one issue that arose in my house sales, including a leaking sewage line at one house and a leaking roof , THE DAY OF CLOSING (of course), on the other...and got a roofer to fix it in the pouring rain in under an hour with certification docs, so I could close on time. Another notable service she provided myself and my wife was to redo a bathroom and replace a carpet and stage the home, get it listed AND sold, all while we were traveling abroad. She sold both homes in under 30 days, at or close to the listing price AND in slower markets. Basically, in summary, she and her team over deliver, consistently. Stop your search, you found the best!

My father stated that he no longer feels safe in his home due to his age and macular degeneration; therefore getting him to an assisted living facility, liquidating all the items in the house, and selling the house were the steps needed to make sure my dad is okay. This is so stressful.

Nancy was able to meet our real estate needs and connect us with sources that would be able to take care of everything in the house as well as the sale of the house. It is so stressful, but knowing that knowledgeable people are on your side is so necessary to ease what is going to be naturally stressful.

January 2020 started out on a real high note for my family when we met Nancy Haas on a visit to Philadelphia. It felt like kismet. My husband and I were planning a cross country move to Philly from Portland, OR and looking for a realtor to purchase a home. A friend of a friend suggested that we meet Nancy which ended up being the highlight of our year. Upon meeting Nancy, we found her to be an excellent listener and authentically tuned into learning about our families story, what we were looking for, and how she could help with our home search. Nancy is super dialed into working with you at the pace you need to work. And it was 2020 after all. The pace was fluid, difficult and constantly changing, which continued into 2021. Nancy is an outstanding resource for all things home and moving, including all of the many moving parts before, during and after. Nancy knows about the neighborhoods and the surrounding suburbs, several of which she has lived in and raised her children in.

My family and I did our epic cross country move in summer 2020, an incredibly difficult year on many fronts. There was one easy thread and shining star throughout 2020 and much of 2021 and that was Nancy Haas. She provided my family and I with steady, kind and patient support. Her patience was demonstrated when covid hit. I had to close my business in Portland in March 2020 and our financial situation drastically changed. We still moved to Philly in summer 2020 and landed in an apartment rental. My husband and I navigated homeschooling our teenager, helping him to adjust to a giant move, assessed neighborhoods and followed the MLS listings set up by Nancy while looking for jobs. During this time, Nancy was very respectful of our situation- giving us the space we needed and also gently nudging us along in preparing for the mortgage pre-approval. She knew how to keep the conversation going and she did. When we found our new jobs, we hit the ground running. We were pre-approved quickly and Nancy's office helped us to clearly understand what we could now afford and next steps. We narrowed our scope and honed in on 3 homes to go visit on the first weekend after pre-approval. It was July 2021 and on THE FIRST (& only) DAY of going into homes to look with Nancy, my husband and I knew we found our dream home! We made an offer, there was another offer, we countered and within a couple days our offer was accepted! Nancy handled it all beautifully.

We felt 100% supported each step of the way with Nancy and her team. They were real partners with us and 6 months later Nancy is STILL a resource! Just two weeks ago we had some folks come into our home do some interior work. Where did they come from? Nancy's suggestion! Were we happy with their work? YES and we are having them back! And just last Friday night, our son pulled out some chocolate from the cupboard which I recognized as the chocolate Nancy had given us in a sweet holiday package. That chocolate was a super happy discovery- I split it with my kiddo and it was the most delicious chocolate I've had in a very long time! Seriously, if Tinkerbell existed in 2022 they might be Nancy! And we walk around our home regularly and look at each other and say, "This does NOT suck!" Jokes aside, WE.LOVE.OUR.HOME, our neighbors and our neighborhood. We got all of the "must haves" and most of the "desirables" on our dream home list. It all feels right. We are grateful to be here and know there was purpose and meaning to some of the struggle of these crazy years. We are so grateful to you Nancy! Deep thanks from the Munoz Familia! I volunteered to help with food distribution during the event, and it was heartening to see a realtor give back to their community by donating to a local animal rescue. From pricing to staging, open houses to negotiating offers, and ending with closing, Nancy Haas guided and supported me with her warmth and expertise. Every question was answered, every concern dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Using social media, creative marketing flyers, and all the other real estate tools available to her, Nancy attracted interest and two offers –sight unseen- a week before my home was even listed! Then, over 100 potential buyers attended two open houses the weekend it was listed. This ended in five prospective buyers, and a final offer that was accepted by the end of the week, which was 10’s of thousands of dollars over asking price!
