Nancy made Everything so easy for us during the sale of our late friend's home. We hadn't a clue about so many things such as deed transfer (or rather mobile home registration transfer which is quite involved) and repairs and estate furnishings sales and the list goes on. It appeared SO daunting to us until Nancy personally made ALL these steps not only doable, but downright painless by accompanying us for HOURS to the DMV and the county offices to clear taxes. She was nothing short of invaluable as the best real estate agent we have *ever* encountered. Nancy went so far beyond her commission, we can't say enough good things about her knowledge and sourcing for everything that will make your home sale or purchase a great experience!

Nancy is a hands-on and generous person. She seems tireless and has great ideas which appeal to the public, whether you are buying or selling your house. I have never seen anyone work so hard for your benefit and any person would be fortunate to have her in your corner.

When I was beginning to search for a new home, I knew I first wanted to find the right realtor to make the transaction a successful one. Much of our negotiations were long distance as I was coming to CA from FL. I had enough trust in her that when the first house I saw didn't work out, I took her recommendation on a second one that met my needs even better than the first - and at a lower asking price - and she made it work! Now she is my realtor, friend, and neighbor!
