Licensed since 2015, Nancy Hubacher spent the first ten years of her Real Estate Career with REMAX before joining Castle Distinctive Properties in July ‘25. In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Nancy is a certified interior designer, stager and founding partner of Urban Cottage Design (a Northern Virginia Home Building Company). Specializing in prepping homes for sale; Nancy has a crew ready to refresh and update any home prior to listing, maximizing sale price and limiting time on market. Notably selling recent listings over appraised value. By way of background, after twenty-three seasons with the (NFL) Washington Commanders (formerly Redskins, Football Team), where she was the consistent top revenue producer in her role as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, Nancy retired in December of 2022 to focus on all things Real Estate. While with the Team, Nancy generated $400,000,000.00 in revenue, managing the Team’s marquis partnerships (including Anheuser-Busch, Bank of America, NBC, Gatorade, Microsoft to name a few). Additionally, she added overall partnership retention in her final three (3) seasons with the Team. Prior to her role with The Washington Redskins, Nancy held several positions with AMC Theaters’ wholly owned subsidiary, National Cinema Network (Now National Cinemedia) last role as Executive Vice President of Sales and Corporate Relations. Nancy started her career at ABC-O&O WRQX-FM in Washington, DC working in both the Promotions and Sales Departments. Nancy earned a bachelor’s in communication from The University of Maryland College Park and is a proud mom of two. She resides in Fairfax Station with her husband.
