In 2013 a friend referred me to Nancy. She came to my home with a binder full of information on herself and her team, as well as a full evaluation of my home compared to other homes in the area. At the end of the introduction/evaluation she simply said she would love to sell our home for us however what we would like to yield and what we could get was a bit far apart. She then advised we should hold onto it for a while as our profit could increase beyond what we wanted.
As a salesman I was pleasantly surprised that a real estate agent in a hot market was willing to step back and do what was best for my family. About a year and half later we called up Nancy to get it listed. Two weeks on the market and it sold for about 15k higher than what the comps projected. I know the prior review was negative, but I had a wonderful experience and have since referred family, friends and clients to her and have heard nothing but positive comments back. Do yourself and favor and let someone with over 30 years of experience in the Temecula Valley help your family move forward into your next adventure!
