Nancy Johnson

I was born and raised in Florida and my family and I have always been involved with Florida agriculture. I have been a Realtor in Marion County since 2006.

Over the years my family has had the opportunity to participate in the 4-H Club, Paint Horse Show, Reining Cow Horse Shows and Reining Shows. We have also enjoyed riding motorcycles through Marion County scenic countryside, kayaking down Rainbow Springs and boating in Lake Kerr and Lake George. I feel very fortunate to live here which makes it easy to sell homes and property in Marion County.

I enjoy presenting the best in a Sellers home or farm and working with the buyer and seller to complete the transaction as stress free as possible. I also have teamed up with an excellent Realtor friend, Jane Mabe, which means my buyers and sellers have twice the amount of attention and service to meet their needs.

It is my goal to understand the Buyers desires and requirements so that their time is not waisted and to respect the Sellers goals and expectations so that they not unnecessarily inconvenienced and have a good selling experience. It is always a privilege and pleasure to provide Sellers and Buyers with a successful closing.
