About Nancy

Born and raised in a very small farming community in Eastern Washington, Nancy was taught at a very young age to have a good work ethic, always be honest, treat others the way you want to be treated, never give up and one can achieve anything you put your mind to.

After graduating with a BS from Eastern Washington University, She moved to Kitsap County in 1993.

She acquired her real estate license in 2002 and has been working with Windermere ever since. While working for Windermere, she has also acquired her managing broker’s license and is currently the assistant manager for the Silverdale Branch. She chose Windermere because of their dedication to the community, their ethics and their belief in the importance of continued education.

She loves working with people which is why she chose this career. She loves meeting new people.

Her promise is to provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable experience throughout a real estate transaction by continuously looking out for the client's best interest.

She will negotiate interests, scrutinize contracts and pay close attention to every detail along the way in order to avoid last minute challenges. If a challenge does present itself, she will take it head on and won’t stop until she finds a solution. She never gives up.

Communication is crucial during the process of buying or selling and she prides herself with her communication. Her clients state that she updates them even when there aren’t any updates.

Whether one is buying or selling, She works diligently to address every question, need or concern one may have.

She walks clients through the entire transaction, from start to finish.

Over the years, she has formed good relationships with her affiliates in the lending, title companies, as well as inspection and closing agents to guide transactions from beginning to a successful closing. Over the last 15 years, she has built these relationships and has wonderful relationships with the professionals she works with every day.

She enjoys all avenues of real estate, whether it’s selling, buying, estate, first-time home buyers, working with seniors who are downsizing or helping a growing family find a bigger home, she enjoys it all.
