I first came into contact with her when I owned a lawn maintenance business in 2004. I would mow yards at some of her properties and make them look nice and she was always good to me. About ten years later my brothers and I inherited a home from out our late mother and it was going into foreclosure. It was our family home and we didn't want to see it go but we had no other options. Fortunately, a nice neighbor across the street was interested in the purchasing the home. Nancy helped us negotiate with our neighbor and acted as the middle person through the entire process. When all was said and done, my two brothers and I each received separate checks for around $10,000. This was a major accomplishment because we were within days of foreclosure and there were times when we thought we would receive nothing. Nancy did an outstanding job negotiating and walking us through the whole process as she genuinely cared and understood what we were going through. She also charged us much less than what we had expected. Nancy exceeded all of my expectations and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a professional, down to earth, genuine, kind hearted, knowledgeable realtor to help them buy or sell a home. She will make sure you are taken care of!
