About Nancy
Nancy joined the NAI CBI Hawaii in the fall of 2000 as administrative assistant and worked her way up to Property Manager. Now she is the senior residential property manager for NAI CBI Hawaii and supervises the residential property management team.
As a property manager, Nancy prides herself in her ability to address and solving the multitude of issues that arise in the day to day management of numerous apartment buildings and residential single family homes.
She has been able to cultivate a strong relationship with property owners which sees them feeling confident and secure that their properties are in good hands. In addition to the strong relationship she had developed with property owners, she is respectful and skilled in working with the unique needs of each tenant. She is able to meet the individual needs of each tenant, respecting the challenges that they may face.
Finally, Nancy also understands that her role as a property manager also includes the care and maintenance of the property itself. She had a network of vendors in the construction industry, whether is be drywall or welding that she is able to access so that repairs and maintenance of properties can be done in a timely and professional manner.
Nancy is bilingual and her time in Japan sees that she is able to not only serve as an interpreter but also provide insight to the unique cultural issues that may exist.
She has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant/food and beverage industry. She has assisted in the opening of the L’Uraku restaurant, serving as a manager. She has also been involved in the supervision of staff and all aspects of managing a larger restaurant. These are skills that have served her well in her current role as a property manager.
Aside from her busy schedule, she enjoys cooking, sewing, spending time with her grandchildren and watching her teenage son play soccer at the park.
