How did you get interested in real estate?
Nancy was introduced to real estate through her parents, as they are investors. Through them, she learned the value and importance of real estate and decided to pursue a career in real estate to help others achieve their goals.
What is your favorite part of working in real estate?
Nancy loves showing houses, she is fascinated by architecture and interior design. She loves being part of a family finding their dream house and seeing them transform it into their home. Being able to teach first time home buyers and helping investors find their next investment is her favorite part of working in real estate.
What do you like to do outside of real estate?
Nancy is a busy bee. As a mom of two, her children always keep her on her toes. When she does get the chance to relax, she does so with a bottle of wine and a good book or Netflix.
Who is your hero and why?
Her parents are her heroes, they both grew up in low-income homes and through challenging work they were able to succeed. Her parents have taught her the importance of challenging work, dedication and most important to be compassionate.
What is the best part of living in the Central Valley?
They are centrally located, only a few hours away from beaches, hiking trails, wine trails, shopping outlets and more. The best part of Fresno/Clovis is the diversity and the wonderful people who make up their community.
