Nancy Ollinger

Nancy has worked in the real estate industry for the past 26 years helping buyers and sellers in all price ranges. She offers exceptional service and has thoroughly enjoyed her real estate experience. Nancy especially enjoys working with first time buyers.

During her tenure as a Realtor, she has earned two designations. ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative): The ABR® designation is geared towards agents, who wish to enhance their buyer representation skills, and provides proof to prospective buyer-clients of their proficiency at servicing the special needs of buyers and is a National Association of Realtors designation. GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) which is an intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction and a National Association of Realtors designation, covering subjects in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, risk reduction, and much more! The subject matter has been chosen to educate practitioners about local, state, and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients, and customers.

In addition, Nancy has been president of the Ridgefield Board of Realtors, director of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and am quite active as a volunteer with local Meals on Wheels.
