As the Broker/Owner of At Home, Nancy's goal with the office is to develop a group of agents that work independently as well as collaboratively so that everyone is successful! Her responsibilities include the recruitment and training of agents, sales, property management, and office management, in addition to helping her clients with all their real estate transactions.
Nancy loves to work with all types of buyers and sellers from the first-time home buyer, the second homeowner, to the savvy investor! Her clients come from all around the world and all distinct stages of life! The thing she loves the most about real estate is being able to help a client make a successful transition to their next stage of life, moving up, downsizing, investing, or simply just moving on! For some, this is an exciting time, for others it is a challenging one - her aim is to make it the best experience possible, no matter what the underlying situation is, and Nancy feels honored to be part of their journey.
Nancy lives in Coronado with her two children, Tyler and Hannah. She is active in the school community and helps ease some special education and special needs support groups. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, walking, and chatting with friends.
